Welcome to LyricaStudios. By using our platform and placing an order for a custom song, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview of Service

LyricaStudios provides custom song creation services using a combination of advanced music technology and human creative input. Customers submit a questionnaire detailing their preferences, stories, and themes, which are used to generate a personalized song.

2. Order Process

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information through the request form.
  • Once submitted, your order will be processed and assigned for song creation.
  • Production typically takes 2–5 days, or 1 day for rush orders if available.

3. Revisions

  • Each order includes one (1) free revision.
  • Revisions may include minor adjustments such as wording, tone, or interpretation.
  • Significant changes to the original request may be treated as a new order.

4. Delivery

  • Final songs are delivered in digital formats (MP3 and/or WAV).
  • A lyrics sheet (PDF) may also be included when applicable.
  • Delivery will be sent to the email or contact information provided by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Yes. Your satisfaction matters to us. If there are any errors in pronunciation or how your song was interpreted, we will:

  1. Work with you to revise and correct the issue, or
  2. Provide a refund when necessary if the issue cannot be properly resolved.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The final output significantly deviates from the provided instructions.
  • Technical or production errors that cannot be corrected through revision.
  • Failure to deliver the completed song within the agreed timeframe (unless delays are communicated in advance).

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate names, spelling, and details.
  • Ensuring submitted content does not include offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment and delivery, the customer receives personal usage rights to the final song.
  • LyricaStudios retains the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

8. Limitations

We strive for high-quality output, but:

  • Songs are creative interpretations based on provided input.
  • Results may vary depending on the clarity and detail of customer submissions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any updated terms.
